| Introduction |
The
union of Ghanaian Nationals in Austria acknowledges the fact that,
the impressive pool of talent among the youth in the Ghanaaian community
must be more effectively cordinated and linked with the community
expertise to maxmise impact on the lives of children, youth and
families. Determined to build on the legacy of co-opertion established
over time among many parents and members of the Ghanaian community
in Austria on youth issues, the Union declared to set up the Ghana
Union Youth Group.

| Preamble |
We,
the Ghanaian Youth resident in Austria, in order to establish Ghanaian
community based platform for the youth, mobilise the youth in addressing
social problems, upgrade and advance youth programmes through networking
and co-operation, raise awareness and increase the consciousness
of the Ghanaian community, youth in particular, the needs, rights
and responsibilities of children, youth and parents, promote African
personality, coperate and communicate with other Youth Organisations
and Institutuions, simulate intellectual debate, forge leadership
skills and role among the members, provide for educational/cultural
contacts between Ghana and Austria, secure a common educational
forum for Ghanaians wishing to in Austria and vice versa, do hereby
establish and adopt for ourselves the Vision, Mission and spirit
of this constitution.

| Vision |
The
Youth of Ghanaian Community is to be self reliant and sustainable
in enhancing their socio-econimc welfare and endure improvement
in quality of life.

| Mission |
Work
with the parents in training the youth for productive lives while
equipping them to be ambassadors of Ghana and enable them to work
towards fulfilling the common identify in its diversity: the One
People, One Destiny.

in Austria, which is binding on all members are enshrined in the
